LUMPIANG SHANGHAI- is of Chinese origin originally called lunpia. It is a dish made-up of ground pork or chicken, minced garlic, minced onion, carrots, and spices with the mixture held together by flour and beaten egg.
Lumpiang Shanghai is a common dish during celebrations and it is best if combined with sweet and sour sauce or Banana ketchup.
It is also best paired in fried rice, pansit or spaghetti.
