LECHON KAWALI- is a pan-roasted pork dish popular in the Philippines.
Usually accompanied by sarsa ni mang tomas, ketchup, or soy sauce with calamansi.
Lechon kawali is cooked by boiling then later deep frying a portion of the pig.
